Explorama Cancellation & Refund Policy:

(1) If a cancellation is received in writing prior to 30 days before arrival date, a full refund will be provided less a $100.00 per adult administrative fee.
(2) If a cancellation is received in writing at 30 days or less prior to date of arrival, no refund of the amount paid will be refunded.
(3) If a cancellation results in no refund, Explorama Lodges will provide a credit for the full amount paid less a $100.00 per adult administrative fee, valid for one year from the original date of arrival, to be used for a future Explorama Lodges itinerary for the same guests.
(4) Explorama Lodges suggests that you consider taking out Trip Insurance with a reputable company providing trip insurance in the event of needed cancellations.

Children 3-11 years: 30% discount on all programs
Travel Agents: 50% discount on all programs
Airline Employees: 30% discount on all programs
10-14 at normal tariff - 1 Tour Conductor at 50% discount
15 or more at normal tariff - 1 Tour Conductor free for each 15
